My Neighbors Voice at Senior Action Center

We had a lovely experience at the Senior Action Center on North Street, where My Neighbor’s Voice was offered for the first time this past winter.

After a short seminar explaining the process, we had a good turn-out at each of three meetings held January through March.

The group was diverse, the discussion was lively, and the participants were grateful for the chance to express their views in a welcoming and respectful setting. Participants came from many walks of life with a wealth of lived experience from which we all benefitted.

We hope to continue the program this fall at the lovely facilities of Senior Action, where the staff went out of their way to make our program possible.
