Listening Cards

My Neighbor’s Voice uses a deck of Listening Cards to guide each session. These universal community questions cover eleven different categories. In our gatherings, each participant gets a question and then has up to three minutes to share their perspective on the topic. As each person answers their question, no one is allowed to respond, comment, or interrupt. When the time is up, the next person gets a new question and the process repeats.
