MNV Intention: to demonstrate the power of hospitality and listening as positive, repeatable experiences for everyone.
MNV Mission: The mission of My Neighbor’s Voice is to create purposeful and productive community connections. Using MNV Listening Cards and a moderated format, we provide a safe and hospitable space in which everyone is invited to share their personal stories, thoughts, and opinions about how to best live together. It’s through deeply listening that we deeply connect, and when we are connected, we are resilient.
MNV Goal: to create a safe, respectful space for all voices. There must be no agenda for moderators. Moderators are story-masters, inviting others to confidently share their stories and experiences while ensuring that each speaker is heard.
