David Robinson
David Robinson is a recognized scholar in child welfare research. He has been teaching at Simmons University since 1990 and retired in 2018. He loves to write and research, using psychological theories and measures. David earned advanced degrees in educational research at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Cambridge, Massachusetts (1979, 1989). He is a social scientist with a background in education, psychology, and anthropology. David uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the intersection of culture, health, and well-being. He is currently a researcher and evaluator on programs for mental health and substance use disorders, telehealth in schools, and child and adolescent trauma.
